Having to visit several different nurses instead of visiting just one would save alot of toing and froing to the surgery.
Also the telephone being held on the phone listening to different messages and cost me money.
Staff are polite and most helpful.
Little to improve - though perhaps being able to obtain an appointment to see a doctor easier/sound.
Thank you for your positive feedback. We are constantly reviewing our systems and trying to find ways of improving access for our patients. Patients are able to access a variety of appointment types.Sometimes patient demand can be difficult to predict leading to longer waiting times for an appointment. Slight blip today, due to 'being rule bound', but the care and attention was excellent and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Thank you Jo and Dr. Helme and sorry to be a nuisance.
